1. Who we are / Data Fiduciary

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), where applicable, SRH Corporate Solutions Private Limited is the data fiduciary that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

2. Data we collect

• Name, mobile number and email address
• PAN and tax-related documents (Form 16, AIS/TIS/Form 26AS where shared)
• Bank details, and property / business / investment details as relevant to your return
• Payment status and reference details
• e-filing access information where voluntarily provided (password or OTP-reset consent)

3. Why we use your data

We process your data to provide ITR preparation, review and filing support; to prepare your Health Check Report; for communication; for payment; and for legal and compliance purposes.

4. Your Income Tax e-filing password & OTP

• If you voluntarily provide your e-filing password, it is encrypted at rest, access-restricted, never displayed on normal admin screens, and deleted after filing.
• Every access to a stored password by our authorised team is logged.
• If you choose OTP-assisted reset support, the OTP remains under your control — it is delivered to your registered mobile/email/Aadhaar-linked mobile and used only for authorised filing support.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). Your card/bank credentials are handled by the gateway and are not stored by us.

6. Access & sharing

Access to your data is restricted to our authorised team and the tax professionals working on your return. We do not sell your data. We may share data with authorities where legally required.

7. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal/record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data, subject to applicable law, by emailing support@myitrdesk.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption of the e-filing password, private document storage, authenticated downloads and access logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact our grievance email below.
