The terms that govern your use of MyITRdesk and our filing support services.

1. Nature of service

MyITRdesk is operated by SRH Corporate Solutions Private Limited. We provide online ITR preparation and filing support through Expert Qualified Professionals / Chartered Accountants wherever applicable. We are not a government portal, not a CA firm, and not affiliated with the Income Tax Department of India. e-Return Intermediary registration is under process.

2. Scope

Services include the package you select — typically document review, tax computation, expert review, draft computation for your approval, and filing support after approval. The exact inclusions are listed for each package.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents.
  • Review and approve the draft computation before filing.
  • Make timely payment of applicable fees.
  • Where you share e-filing access, you do so voluntarily and with consent; change your password promptly after filing.

4. Fees

Fees are as shown on the pricing page. GST is extra, if applicable. Fees marked “onwards” are starting fees; the final fee depends on complexity and is confirmed after document review. You will be informed of any change before work proceeds.

5. Timelines

Any indicated turnaround (including 24-hour filing support) is subject to receipt of complete documents, payment confirmation, portal access, your approval, and Income Tax portal availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Income Tax portal or by incomplete information.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any refund, refund amount, refund timing, or the absence of notices or scrutiny. Outcomes depend on your actual data, applicable law and Income Tax Department processing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
